maybe i write somthing wrong,i mean the weight loosing program,and the industry behind,that sell us products,to loose wait,thats the word you dont understand,sometimes i dont know every english word!

No, I understood fully, and am surprised you might bring it up.

The only way to lose weight is injesting fewer calories in than you use during the day.

fish vegatables rice,and spicy soup,are the best to loose weight,when i was in thailand i loose 10 kg in 2 month,now in the same time here in europe i got 10 kg more...again!
its the fat and the taste in european food that make us fat..
now i stop eating ice cream and sweets like chochlate!

Been following a regime (can't really call it a diet) for a couple of months. Food is divided into protien (meat, fish), good carbs (wholewheat pasta), bad carbs (white bread, potato, sugar) and ,mixers (most veg). You basically avoid eating protein and carbs at the same meal. So, you can have a fry-up for breakfast -skip the beans coz too much sugar but egg, bacon tomato, mushrooms all OK. You can eat meat with a pile of veg (put cheese on the cauli if you like). And you're allowed red wine and dark chocolate......lost 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks
