Wierd Problem???

I have been using my standard sky dish and pace 2200 digibox and all as well until this month when i started having a bad picture and some channels saying there is no signal. I can recieve channel 4, sky news, and sometimes bbc choice but then sometimes all the other channels are ok as well (but not for long.

My Signal Strength is 3/4 and so is the quality. Whats wrong lads, any help on this would be great as i think i may chuck this box out the window soon.

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

There have been problems with the software in some of the older boxes Steve, had similar problems last week with an old Grundig, but a reset cleared the problem for a while. It doesn't sound like a dish problem, but to double check, why not see if you can try your box on a friend's dish and your friend's box on your dish.
