Lotus Racing has confirmed on Sunday the team will soon start work on designing and building a dedicated wind-tunnel facility at its Hingham base. In addition, the outfit and Team AirAsia, which will compete in the 2011 GP2 series, will expand operations at the existing factory to take over a further two units.
