Windows 11 TBS 6903

I'm trying to setup a TBS card for my friend overseas, He has windows 11 and TBS 6904,
The problem im getting is Tuner 0 wont work(wont scan any channels), only Tuner 1 works
and with DVBdream i cannot select BDA. it keeps giving me error saying try streamreader, which works but it prevents me from using altdvb

I tried using the older driver 1.0.0.5 for win 10 but i'm still getting the same issue

I have the driver issue too, but it appears after I upgraded my windows to 25H2.

For Tuner 0 problem, did he put cable on the right tuner?
 
This change started from build 26xxx. Microsoft has introduced a concurrency limitation on Device Handles in the Media Foundation / KSProxy layers.
I think a temporary workaround would be using a StreamReader. You can also use GraphStudioNext or players that use Filter Proxy instead of Direct BDA (for example, SmartDVB 0.6.2 with the BDAProxy.ax patch).
