Wireless card and no IP

I just bought dreambox 8000 and can't get IP from my router.

At my router, DHCP enabled from 10.0.0.2 to 10.0.0.254 . When I set up my wireless at dreambox, I enabled "Use DHCP" (easiest way to configure wireless) and when I test it, no IP for dreambox. LAN Adapter, Local network and DHCP is green at "test connection" menu under dreambox but IP address and nameserver are in red color (uncomfirmed).

PS: I also tried to set an ip for dreambox and it didn't work either. So I'm trying the EASY one which the ip should randomly decide from my router (DHCP enabled) but it's not even working. I didn't set any password to wireless just to make it simple...
 
I always set up the network using wired connection first. Enable DHCP. see what IP is assigned, then copy it to the wireless setup.
Works all the time.
 
I guess you are using wifi as your dreambox is some way from from your router. Wifi signals travel very badly through walls, so I would use a laptop/netbook to test whether you can connect to the wireless from where your dreambox is. And you literally have to be exactly where your dreambox is as bouncing signals might work in some place in a room but not in another. Check your signal strength on the laptop when you get connected, otherwise you might have to set up a repeater. This can be done very cheaply using a Tenda wireless router available from ebuyer at £13. You buy 2 of these, set the one up as "repeater" and the other as "Lazy" with the same SSID and away you go. They are great little wireless routers for a good price. You can even use one as a replacement for whatever wifi router you currently have. And by the way they are N150 routers, so your newer devices will connect very much faster. The router is the Tenda 311R+ and there is a matching USB dongle (if you want N150 on another device) for £10.
