Wiztech 222 Remote problems

My Satellite Setup
Computer win 98 pentium 2
Satellite from PAS7/10
Also Arabsat C Band
Fortec Lifetime and Wiztech 260
My Location
Kariba Zimbabwe
Hi guys
Have a 222 and will not accept remote.Bought new remote.. same.
Changed the face and board with another from working unit... still no go
Any ideas?
Also any news on the loader program for these .
Last I found was for the 260 A
Any help appreciated
 
have you re-flashed the wiz??
if the remote works with oem bin,it could be a compatibility
issue with a different bin.
 
Hello,

I had a same problem, then dicovered that the the new remote did not have the same code as the old one.
The idea is to find another 222 that was manufactured at the same period as yours. Try that remote control, it should work.
