Oh wow thats incredible.

Years and years of experience with a bandsaw to be so supremely confident with them. - I wont go anywhere near the ones at work - they terrify me!

Our woodwork teacher at school had a missing finger that he'd lost on the bandsaw.

I've got one in the garage I bought some years ago from B&Q when a was restoring a sailing boat, very useful tool when you are working with expensive wood!

Very impressive indeed, my grandfather also lost his finger using one but they stitched it back on even back then in the 60's

Looks safe, compared to the angle grinder I was using two years to cut some bricks in the conservatory wall. Bounced back and almost took my head off, running a smooth line from just below the ear, down the neck and into the shoulder blade.

Jeeze you were lucky, I've heard about some nasty accidents with those things even of some guy who died from his injurys after one cut right into his stomache and chest!
