Hi Guys,

Newbie here needs help.

I have a quad LNB and it previously had two feeds leaving it into my Sky+

I have bought a new TV with inbuilt Freesat and decided to use the two remaining slots on the LNB, one for my Freesat and one for another sky box in my kids room.

I bought a new twin cable and ran it from the LNB but now the two new cables are not giving any signal!

what have I done wrong? Is it possible to buy the wrong cable? The other cables are outputting Sky signals as normal.

Could have added the f connectors wrong? I just screwed them on.

This is the cable I bought: http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/CAPF2100B.html

Please help. Thanks

Welcome,

Cables fine - Most probably a cable connection problem. Swap the feeds with the others ports on the LNb to see.

I basically did what is shown in those pixs.

I may revisit them and see if I have any braid touching the inner

should the inner protrude well past the f connector?

I will also try swapping around the feeds to see if it is just the LNB ports.

I'll let you know how I get on, will be trying again this Saturday.
