Ws6906 – LATE MODEL - Menu Button problem.

WS-6906 problem -

Menu button does not work + Lock is always on.

Once I press Menu nothing happens and when I click all buttons its only increases the volume!

It is not possible to change the channel/go on the menu or press any button.

please help

If you have not already done so, please read this thread from the linked page onwards Satlink WS6906 upgrade (mine)

That should tell you what has gone wrong and how to fix it.

NB: PLEASE don't ask if I (or anyone else here) have a more recent ".bin" file because I haven't used my WS6906 for at least 3 years and have no intention to do so in the foreseeable future:rolleyes:
 
Well, Thanks a lot for the fast reply.

Unfortunately, I did read this 4 pages post and the issue still not fixed.

I think not sure .. it electronic issue internally, but it's new and never usesd.

Will be glad to hear any reply to solve the problem.

If it is new then return to the supplier as faulty and ask for a replacement.
 
Sadly bought it long time a ago and just now need to use it .. I cant return it.
