Has Been Working Ok But Receiver Now Saying Program

Not Available My Satellite Receiver Is Technibox Cam1
 
When did it stop working ?

Is there part of the CAM menu that confirms the subscription periods ?

They have recently stopped transmitting on one of their frequencies (12633), the frequency is now 10832 H 22000
