Xcrypto 119 Albaniasat Ok

There is a new xcrypto 119 on on satnet saying Abaniasat ok. Haven't tried it though but does anybody know how interesting this package is? I also found out that this package is encrypted in Irdeto2. Does this mean that Irdeto2 is hacked?
 
If it is true that these channels are opened so Irdeto 2 must be hacked.As for the channels most of them are ok.There are a lot of good movies in english because they have only subtitles in albanian,so it is intersting and football maches.Music too but mixed one albanian and from everywhere.Some of them news.It is not one of the best but it is ok.
