Xdream lost

I've lost XDream channel on hotbird 13 today (dreambox 5620 scam2.3c and latest mary's key bundle)
any suggestions?
 
i have official 2 year subscription and noticed earlier today that it is not clearing.

I can only assume they are working on something and will wait a few days to see if it comes back.

If not I may re scan Hotbird and see if the channel has just moved

I am viewing xdream here no problem on my manhattan 5500ciir useing official card. nice young lady on there at moment as well. wurzel.
 
We also have an official 2 yr subscription. Last week you could select the XDream channel it would show a picture for a few moments then totally freeze and we would have to reboot our DM7000S completely. It totally corrupted the unit. Now the channel is decoding but keeps breaking up into a mosiac type picture, but at least it's not completely shutting down our unit.

How would we know if the channel has moved?
