Xtramusic?

Hello,
I want to listen Xtramusic channels on CYFRA+ package (Hot Bird), but I don't know what I need?
Can I use a Cam or Emu for theses channels?
For the moment theses radio channels are crypted...
Any Idea?

I'm from Russia and have no ability to purchase vi*ccess card from CYFRA+
PS: I have a Dreambox 500S

Xtramusic1, 2, 3 and 4 are also on TPS package ( 007C00 if i remember ).
Cam MR 1.220 for example.
