Hi friends ..
I noticed on Lyngsat this morning that Yahsat 1A @52.5E has begun broadcasting ..

A quick swing over to that location with the TD88 produced nothing ..
So I'm assuming 'out of footprint' or possibly and more likely 'spotbeams' in use ..
Anyone got a footprint map for this new addition to the arc ?

Hello,

this bird is also active in C-Band. One transponder I can lock: 4080 R 3609 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK (CCM).
Signal with 10dB on Dr.HD F16 (CTCP).

These TP I can´t lock:

~ 4054 L (DVB-S2 8PSK?)
~ 4114 R (DVB-S2 QPSK?)
~ 4131 R (DVB-S2 QPSK?)
~ 4150 R (DVB-S2 8PSK?)

EDIT: Oops, this thread is for footprints... sorry for that.

Best regards
qwer.

Thanks for the info guys ..
Nothing so far on the TD88 ..
..and sadly I can't use the TD110 this far over on the Eastern arc..

Maybe I'll try again ..If the rain ever stops ..
Never mind the ARC ...I suspect my time would be more profitably spent on an ARK..
doh!

..Also retrofitted the 1.8 with another offset ku siamese lnb ...
An inverto black multiconnect 0.2db ..
Replacement for the ALPS ...
Not aligned as yet ..again due to rain...but might eventually squeeze a fraction more from the Alcoa in ku..
fingers crossed X
..So I will be able to use this on the Eastern arc ..but sadly not untill the troublesome tree defoliates..

I can't see anything on the spectrum in C-band on my tiddler. Is it still active?

Ku-band is booming in though.
