Hi, to all

I want ART Prime Sport from this sat and want to know which (Lnb) will be fine for this to get it, the DBW is 42 in my city plz tell me anyone and with 120 cm dish? can i get this sat here with 120 cm dish ?

I have had to remove the links to the outside sites as our forum rules do not permit this.

I'm sure someone will be along to answer your question but, just in case it is important, what is your city in Sweden?

1.2m would seem to be a bit on the small side. Sweden is inside the 41dBW power line, and if the Flysat dish size page are accurate this would suggest nearer a 1.5m dish.

And thats a decent one - not one of the ultra cheap dishes you can get from some suppliers! You will need a circular polarity lnb as well.

If you are inside the 42dBW line you might get away with a 1.2m, but in these fringe reception areas its a case of try it and see.

Another site shows that 1,2m is enough _http://www.satbeams.com/footprints/ I have this satellite in my plans but till now did not have time to tune to it.
Edit: AfgBoy you are about 300km from my home city (Liepāja). Good luck with 49*E
Edit2: ART Prime Sport has encryption, although it is biss.

@RimaNtss i know that and i just like this Sat bcoz of Saba Tv Channel, i want this channel its free

Its not free - its encrypted in BISS.

Keys may or may not be available for this channel, and if they are you wont get them off this forum.

@Analoguesat no problem, i can arrange it, and can u plz post some pic's of that LNB with that dish for this Sat ? thanx

No pics really - just a standard C-band lnb. Yamal is circular polarity but my C-band lnb has a depolariser plate with it which converts circular polarity to linear.

Exactly which lnb you require will depend if you get a prime focus dish or an offset.

sorry my english is not to good if i write something wrong then sorry for this ? and which Lnb for offset dish 1.2 ? and plz post pics of this Lnb bcoz i dont nothing know about it and u can take it from googel ? u know it ?

hi

below is a picture of a C band l.n.b ( BSC 421 )
you can see also the dielectric plate in the throat of the l.n.b. -- that is needed for circular signals
and on the l.n.b. is the cone shaped feed -- that is needed for a offset type dish

regards --- :)

^^ thats exactly the sort Ive got which Ive used on my offset 1m dish to get a few signals off 20E

thanx to all of u, and i will chick it very soon then i will tell u to all just waiting for the LNB :)

AS, did you get any sniff from 49E? Doubt it but never know!

Never got round to trying it CJ - I dont think Id stand much chance on a 1m anyway - especially when the lnb was zip tied in place as it wouldnt fit the lnb arm :D
