A while ago I ordered the A-Team complete boxset from amazon, when it arrived the box was completely damaged. So I had to send it back.

I had ordered this boxset

Amazon then sent me a “replacement” boxset this

It’s called the down pack version.

So I carried on watching the series where I had left off only to find I was missing dvd 4 completely and had 2 dvd 5’s.

I had to send it back for the second time, this time got my money back.

So I found the complete boxset (the version I wanted) from zoom and placed the order, had and email from them telling me there was a stock problem and they had cancelled my order.

This time I found the boxset this time on eBay, ordered it, and today I get 2 boxset, it now turns out the zoom did not cancel my order but instead changed my order to the down pack version.

And by the way the second version is also the down pack.

Why can’t shops put the correct information and photo up!!!

Now I have yet more agro in sorting this out.
 
So it'll be a while before the rest of us can see it ...... ? :eek:
 
Looks like somebody in the Amazon picking area is trigger happy.
 
Now I'll have the theme music in my head for the rest of the day o_O
