YouTube Upload File Test

I want to upload a file to YouTube and test a certain feature and then delete it.
The problem is the file can be considered copyrighted (for example a 5 minute video from BBC World News or any other FTA TV channel) and I might get into trouble with Google, even if I keep it private (not public or shared with anybody).
Any thoughts? Thanks.
 
I've uploaded a number of "copyrighted" things (some badminton games and trailers from TV channels). Even though they've been claimed as such, they were allowed to remain.

Unless you're uploading a film that was released last week, you'll be fine.
