Zenega receiver help needed.

Dear friends,
I have dishtv with zenega stb. yesterday suddenly due to some electric power fluctn the receiver just turned blank. no display & sound is coming. only the logo of dishtv comes & the stb displays the no 1638.
is there any way to reset or upload the software to receiver? Pl. help.
