Help Required Zero quality on my satellite

My Satellite Setup
Sat dish pointed on Hotbird13E

Hi

I have a satellite pointed on Hotbird 13E to watch italian TV. 2 days ago one of my tv said no signal and the other was fine. Today I have connected a signal meter to the LNB and said 92% signal and 0% quality. The funny thing is that 1 TV was fine until I have decided to disconnect the cable to test it and now both of them are not working. I have tried to move my dish a bit around but still no quality. I had an old LNB and tried to replace it and still the same issue. What could be the problem? I am going crazy!
 
Signal Quality is the most important.
What make/model satellite meter, do you have?
Do you have 2 separate cables, to each television?

Your dish is now possibly no longer aligned, to 13E, after moving the dish.

Can you please provide more information, regarding your satellite setup, and if possible pictures.

Thanks. I have a sat dish pointed on Hotbird13E. Worked for 8 year and hasn't moved otherwise my other TV would not have worked. I have a quad LNB and only 2 tv connected for the time being. After I have lost the quality of my bedroom tv, I have moved the dish a bit to find some quality but nothing. Doesn't matter what I move or where I move it I can't get any quality. I have now lost the signal of the tv that was working before. I thought it was a faulty LNB and I have replaced it with an older one that I had but still good signal but no quality. I never had this issue before, I would find the quality immediately. I have also attached pic of my meter and sat dish. Thanks for helping!

Even the slightest move, of your dish, can cause major problems.
First check your cables, for any damage, and check your F Connectors:

Try using your satellite meter, to get some signal quality, with very gentle movements, East/West, of the dish.
Ensure that your satellite meter has the upgradrd software, as transpoders change.

thanks, I will try again but I have spent 30 mins to move the dish slowly but nothing. I always found the alignment very easily so I don't understand why I can't now
 
Does your signal meter have an option to increase the sensitivity?
I find a cheap satellite meter to be helpful, as these connect to the LNB, then to the satellite receiver, and if your receiver is on, and the cabling, and the connections, are working, then it lights up.
You can then increase the sensitivity to get a signal, get it to midway point, (5), the nudge your dish, until it reaches 10, decrease the sensitivity, until it reads 5, then nudge your dish, until 10, and keep doing this until you get the strongest signal. Then you can check your receiver, and find out which satellite you're aligned to.

From the sound of your initial fault, one receiver working and the other not, that would probably have been a dodgy receiver, LNB or a bad cable/connector to the non-working receiver. Replacing an existing LNB with an older one probably not the best move. Get a new quad LNB, they're not expensive and taking the steps to make sure your meter is on a valid transponder, realign the dish.

LNBs can malfunction in several ways, they may only work in H or V mode, they may get stuck in high band or low band, one or several of the ports may stop working, or command signals can bleed from one port to another preventing reception on that port.
