zgemma motor setup help needed

i have 28.2 setup on zgemma h11s but i can`t seem to set it up for multi satellies on tuner help please
 
Post some screenshots of the settings you are using (or have tried). Is the motor moving? Has the motor been used successfully with a previous receiver?
 
i cannot do screen shots sorry just thought someone might know of a step by step guide for motor setup on openvix ,dish works on my dr hd d15 but some channels freeze and no sound so thought newer is better .

A simple photo of your screen from your phone and attach it to your reply will do the trick.
 
Are you using USALS, or Diseqc 1.2, to drive your motor/dish?
With Diseqc 1.2 you have to manually assign a different number, to each stored satellite, and move the dish, using your menu setup options, to that satellite, then store it.
USALS is easier, as you just enter your Latitude, and Longitude, remembering negative Longitude readings = West.
 
I tried to find a manual for this receiver, nothing found.
 
That box has only one tuner so on Tuner A arrow down to mode and toggle right with arrow until you get positioner. Then with your longitude ie where you live, arrow down and put it in, then same for latitude. But make sure you change east to west if you are west of greenwich or if dover way it stays east. green to save, now exit out and select 28east. Check a channel. Then go ok arrow up, green for sats and you should have a list of sats on box . Try 13east and dish should move. You may have to scan that sat. This is a condensed version.
 
He said this in post 3 "might know of a step by step guide for motor setup on openvix" I gave him that as I have openvix as well in front of me. But maybe he ahs not flashed box yet. Lets hope he gets back.
 
i followed

bmitie instuctions and it sent me on a service scan of all the satellites stored on my box took about 5 hours haha but got about 12000 channels, for 25+ years i have had sat dish on the floor moving by hand since d2 mac time it worked for me but moved into a flat in an area in hull that is abit iffy so thought better have it up on the wall so have to learn new things thank you for all your help.​

 
Well I have to say I admire your patience, it was obviously an automatic scan. Hope you get all the channels you want. You can check signal strength with that Vix image and fine tune by tweaking the USALS. I have a 1.1m dish so signal strength is very high. Say dish size and approx area and channels and I can work from there but if you are happy then as they say " if it aint broke dont fix it"
