Ive just got a singnal off the zombie Noaa-9
She was launched in Dec 1984 & was decommissioned in February 1998. Shes putting out tones around 136.770MHz (lsb) give or take a few khz. The signals are very strong but unstable in frequency & they wander around, and have distinct "hooks" at the start & end of the tones.
The signal was strongest when she was heading towards me, although I did get weak signals right down to about 2 degrees elevation as she headed off towards North America.
