Hello guys,

I have ordered a zone 2 dish twice now and both times the LNB support arm was missing. I have a spare zone 1 arm. Could you please tell me if they are the same length or is the zone 2 arm longer? I guess if they are different lengths then this would effect performance?

Cheers

The Zone 2 arm is longer. You cannot interchange them.

A $ly installer friend of mine once gave me Zone i dish which had Zone 2 arm on it. He had been called in to find out why the installation signal strength was not as good as expected - so you can see it certainly does matter.
