I just know where in the shop those cans of paint are located. :D So, when needed I just go and gram some.
Yes, wire-brush, especially in the places where is rust located, and little bit of sandpapering. Painting is better to do in 2 layers.

Did you consider making the multifeedholder-rail curved towards the dish, as the focal line of such a toroidal dish is curved in this way?
See the line I drew in the attach:
RimaNTSS OA 1600 multifeedrail ideally.jpg
Otherwise you have to solve this with sliding the LNBs in the middle more towards the dish, and the outer LNBs somewhat away from the dish (as seen from your straight rail).

Did you do calculations on the dish, for exact LNB placement?
Otherwise I can do them for you. Need 1) hight, 2) deepest point depth (against top to bottom- line) and 3) deepest point position (on top to bottom-line) for that.

If the dish is purely toroidal, the measurements in the middle would be exactly the same as at (for instance) a quarter of the dish, and the same as at the ends. (From the pictures I cannot decide though, whether the upper rim is horizontally flat, or a bit curved?)

Thanks Rob! Perhaps I will redo multifeed rail as this on was only quick solution. and I do not really like it. However, even by using this rail it is possible to get all LNBs alighted properly, but final look will not be so nice as LNB-holders will be leaned differently.
Of course I've measured the dish some 3 years ago and know exactly where the focal line is located. Kook in page 2 of this thread.
virtual dish has following parameters: height= 1058, width=1031, offset angle=13 (also stated in datasheet), opening angle=80*
Depth of the virtual dish is 96mm.
But, of course, you can recalculate data on your calculator.

But, of course, you can recalculate data on your calculator.

But I need the deepest point inputs for that, apart from height = 1058 you already gave.
For deepest point you could also give me the distances of bottom to deepest point, and of deepest point to top (thus forming an triangle top - bottom - deepest point); if that is easier to measure. (It gives the same goniometric information.)
As accurate as you can measure, please! :)

This is the ONLY way to determine/confirm dish specs, reliably, for such a dish: by (minimum) 3 measurements determining the vertical parabolic shape.

For me it is much easier to find geometrical center of the dish and measure the depth there than to find location of the deepest point of the dish. Measured position of the deepest point will always be not precise as not correctly measured the dept will give big mistake. Anyway, measured the deepest point (as correct as I cold in existing conditions and state of my mood) and it is 96,3mm and distances from top and bottom points of the working area of the dish are 522mm and 560mm.

Well, those triangle data lead to deepest point 113 mm and offset angle 9.7 degrees.
Cannot be very precise, then?

You see! Manufacturer gave data for an offset angle , which is 13*. Than you can calculate position of the deepest point from that. But why we need the deepest point then?

To check the given offset angle.
Now you only have the assumption that 13 degrees is right.
Manufacturer data are not always right or precise, are they?

This dish was made well before manufacturers started to cheat or write stupid thinks in the specifications. But, you are right, it is always good to check.

Gave curving to LNB-bar, approximately same original has. Will continue on Sunday.

Will be installing 8 Quads and box with 4xDiseqc1/10 behind the dish. LNBFs will be tuned to 1*W-4.8*E-9*E-13*E-19.2*E-23.5*E-28.2*E-36*E. Additional 2 feeds for Diseqcs will come from another 2 antennas.

/img_20180611_165958 (the LNBs from behind) is a nice picture, showing the torus principle (circular dish-form in the horizontal plane). :)
Taken from twice the focal distance I presume?

Hi @misterm007 ! Welcome to the Forum.
hi Rimantss and hello everyone.
I have been registered for a long time except that I did not speak I only read but since I got this antenna back. I show myself

and if not, what size do you use for the vertical post?
at first I saw 7cm
"(mounting on a 70mm vertical pole)"
Is it the same for everyone?

I put 6cm (6mm)
for the vertical support post.
However, the range of the satellites is lower than the t90 wavefrontier which has a much larger arc and can be extended a little on each side
