If you go to post #4 in this thread you will see that there has never been a special beam just the 2 below:-

I can see what you are getting at now by comparing the 2 maps,
We will have to wait for the tests to be completed to see if they have not included what you have outlined,
A slightly bigger dish will be required if reception is a problem at your location.

Very little activity over the last 4 days just the transponders I have already logged here FlySat Eutelsat 7C @ 1.7° East became active again over the weekend no new frequencies observed here maybe getting near the time for 7C to move to 7 east.
