They must know by now what state the craft is in & just how bad the damage is to the solar panel subsystems. r
No way will a crippled craft be integrated into the fleet - W2M was never due to be integrated after that bird suffered power system faults - they had to bring her into service though to cover the W2 on station failure.

Latest info about 5WB seems to indicate the faulty solar panel has been deployed but is none operational.
