I am in Viet Nam so I can see Inmarsat 4F1 and 4F2Where are you pointing to? Inmarsat 4F1 is at 143.5°E (below horizon).
4F2 is at 63.9°E, 4F4 (Alphasat) is at 24.85°E, and 3F5 is at 54.0°W.
Newer generation 5 (GX) satellites are at 62.6°E, 56.5°E, 28.0°W and 55.0°W, but I don't know how active these are in L-band.

Because these sites list only broadcasting-type satellites, generally.Then why does it not show up in any of the satellite listings??

I used spectrum analyzer of Agilent, it is very good one but I did not see the frequency spectrum of Inmarsat 4f1 at 143.5EWhat type of spectrum analyzer???? RF, or one of those cheap satellite/PC types???
A good RF stand alone spectrum analyzer with a range over 2 GHz and a noise floor of at least -120 dB should see the signals from that satellite if your pointing at the right one.
