You could try changing the DVBDream device settings from streamreader to BDA see if it works.
Or, copy the streamreader.dll file from one of the PC where there is no problem into the correct location on the PC with the problem.

every time I want something with DVBDream it looks like it freezes and gets a notification (does not respond). Selecting device also does not want to or does not work. DVBDream.exe is not responding. What's going wrong.

Look at the log files under C:\.....\dvbdream\Logs and you can see what isn't working.

You have to open the log files with a text editor (double click on file) and look in there.
