I had a real test signal at 11141H. Lasted only very shortly.. ..some signal is still there.
This is the same signal I posted about yesterday afternoon, maybe with a bit of modulation on it, but it's a lot more active today.got it!!
but it's not the paek I've reprted last night ;)This is the same signal I posted about yesterday afternoon, maybe with a bit of modulation on it, but it's a lot more active today.

Luxembourg – November 21, 2012 – SES S.A. (Euronext Paris and Luxembourg Stock Exchange: SESG) announced today that the ASTRA 2F satellite has successfully completed its in-orbit testing and is now fully operational and in commercial service at the orbital neighborhood of 28.2/28.5 degrees East. The 52nd SES satellite was successfully launched board an Ariane 5 rocket from Kourou, French Guiana, on September 28, 2012.
About 3 dB down on the 1N transponders.More reports from 11141H are needed to speculate about the beam ;)
About 3 dB down on the 1N transponders.
-6dB here -> PE beam?About 3 dB down on the 1N transponders.
Needs to be a stable signal for any chance of use doing any sort of useful level comparison. Right now it is up and down like a yo-yo, so we are all going to be looking at different signal levels due to timing, rather than our locations.-6dB here -> PE beam?
Why would you assume that? 1N is a spot beam too (as anyone in Southern or Eastern Europe will confirm), and for us to get it here at similar power to a zone one minidish in the UK we need at least a 1.8m dish.From your coordinates I assume its not sent on the UK beam
there seems to be some sort of signal on 11411H i was tryign to test 11141H but mistyped it and i am getting a intermittent signal on that liek last night frequency but 11141H has some sort of signal cant say what
they will most likely carry out the switchover to 2F during the night. I think that's how they did it with 1N too...
although they might as well do it in the afternoon... programmes like Jeremy Kyle are dispensable if something goes wrong :-hammer
