Great launch, pity we didn't see a bit more on the real time commentary front.

Off to bed now, I'll check in the morning on progress, guess separation will occur 0750 BST, no doubt ILS will issue a press release for confirmation.

I'm tired to hear the irritating American accent.

Edit: the program is over, finally.

So the launch went successful, am I right?

So far so good, everything proceeding as expected so far. - its a 9 hour mission though before 2E separation.

Not watched a live launch before and found it very interesting. Must be amazing for those involved in the development and manufacturing of their "baby" and watching it launching into space knowing there are so many things that can go wrong.
Must admit that if his bow tie did spin it would have made it more interesting!!
Hopefully all goes well.

Watch an Ariane5 sometime - the coverage is MUCH superior.

4th and subsequent burns completed, only the 5th and final separation to go now, due in about 50 mins from now, all looking good.

m60

Currently sat in traffic on the M62 with a laptop tethered to a 3G connection!! Passes time sat in traffic!

My updates are from: http://www.space-center.ru/LiveEvents.aspx

Satellite separation has just completed, just waiting for official confirmation now I guess.

They've just announced on twitter:

SPACECRAFT SEPARATION confirmed. #Astra2E was released by the Briz-M Upper Stage & is now starting its own mission! http://bit.ly/17ptDg3

Excellent.

There'll be lots of mightily relieved Stakeholders this morning.

How long will it take to arrive at it's Testing location?

(I will start the Testing Topic accordingly)

Hope your not driving

You don't move fast on the M62 in the morning, I pulled in at Harshead Services near Bradford to catch the final few mins prior to separation.

We're just waiting for ILS to post something, it seems their site is delayed by a bit.. I'll check-in again in about an hour once I've arrived at my destination.

Nice. The Russians must be breathing a massive sigh of relief! Now for the fun part. Not that peeps in UK will notice anything different...
