the 11080h close uk beam will be on 2f Europe beam ?

No point asking us solly, we have absolutely no idea. Only SES & the uplink companies know whats going on which beam.

Those two data transponders must be on the 1N PE2 Beam. They are much stronger than the 2F PE beam. There is also a weak testsignal on 11.539V, and another two very weak signals. The 11.539V signal appeared today, wasnt there yesterday.

Yes that makes sense, and like C0re says, Astra 3A is not in use now so it must the backup for 3B now.
A move soon, of 2A to 23.5 East, would free 3A to go 176.85 West.
(Can't link to the fcc.gov doc now, due to the "US government "shutdown").
Indeed Astra 3A will leave 23.7 East in 5 days, taking the long way to 176.85 West.
SES center of box prediction:
23.69 2013/10/12 14:05:56
23.64 2013/10/13 02:03:04
23.48 2013/10/13 14:04:42
23.37 2013/10/14 01:47:44
22.61 2013/10/14 13:27:47
22.09 2013/10/15 00:16:17

No sign of Astra 2A going to move for the coming two weeks, though.

Once Astra 2A leaves we'll be left with the following pay channels on Eutelsat 28A in Finland:

Syfy UK (&+1), Universal Channel (&+1), MTV Live, Sony Entertainment (&+1), E!, TLC +1 (&+2), TCM +1, Movies 24 (&+1), Extreme Sports, NickToons, Crime & Investigation Network +1, H2, Investigation Discovery, Animal Planet +1, Discovery Science Channel +1, DMAX, Investigation Discovery +1, Quest +1, Discovery History +1, Discovery Shed,
Discovery Home & Health +1

Not worth paying for really. It's looking like our family will be saving some money soon when we cancel our 3 x Sky subs. :(

I think they were both in the 11.45-11.70 range but moved before the shutdown.

Actually Nicktoons on 10876V is the UK version.

12606H -> 11224V is the Irish version.

I don't think MTV Live was ever on 12403V. It moved to 11224V a few weeks ago. Same with Nicktoons before the rest of the big moves.

From a blind scan during the last 10 days. Before that, that transponder wasn't powered. And I know it was a blind scan because that transponder didn't exist in satellites.xml, hence frequency, symbol & FEC are not perfect values (should be 12402 V 27500 2/3).

Ah yes, OK weird. Maybe it was just left on the old Eutelsat transponder and transferred over during the big moves.
