I am not getting anything now from Newsnet or any of the feeds been like this for s9me days now, is it just me I wonder ?

Just checked on Newsnet.....nothing.

What I can also get are Unire Sat on 11526V & Intelsat on 11675V

When I open Dreambox web control and try to stream ITN NEWSNET...the player opens but nothing is streamed....it just say connecting to media....starts buffering 1% 2, 3 etc but nothing opens. Am not sure if its Vlc player that its opening...

I am not that clued up on it I did have it working a few years ago but don't have a box atm that will do it.
I am sure someone will be along and help you out, I will be watching with interest as I will be getting a new box in the near future and need some refreshing on the set up :)
 
OK interesting, yes forgot to say it's 4.2.2. Since my pole was straightened up again last week by an installer it's all gone for me BUT the day it was fixed things were better. I can only think the LNB is badly water logged now. Now heavy rain again and wind so maybe when the LNB has a good chance to dry it may be ok again...something is not right anyway. If I have to get a new LNB what is a popular one to use ?
 
Inverto Black Ultras have a good reputation. Get the duo or quad if you hunt weak signals
 
Managed to open VLC Player and streamed to pc.

Why would the duo be better for weak signals ?
 
Finally got my dish working almost, anyone tell me what signal they get on the ITN newsnet feed 11469 please ?
 
Thanks, does rain adversely affect your signals ?
