not exactly fringe but it seems reuters have fired up another fta txp for their feed circuit at 11.653.H.14370.
DVBS2/MPEG2/8PSK. 3/5. coming in at 95%SS/90%SQ on a TM5302HD/TD110

Been watching for half an hour so far >> Says "Upcoming" but nothing exciting has happened yet.
 
Its mirrored in DVB-S on 10986 H 7200 in 576i and has been in the clear for good few years now.

Correction they look to be docking a satellte.It says eugnus orbital on the side.
It;s the international space station.
