i opened the actuator from inside and there are different pulleys with different size having white colour ,I don`t know how to install them ,does any body have a diagram for that?

We cant help you without looking as I said the other night, you need to help us to help you, you might need to resize the picture open the picture in paint and resize it

Are you sure these aren't spares ? strange did you buy this new ?.

Send it back - they shouldn't be rattling around inside. Not the first time SSS is supplying substandard jacks...

These pulleys should already be in place, @Vipersan has this motor maybe he will post a few pictures up, but falling to bits like that I would send it back.

Mine is a 24 inch ...(not bragging honest)
...and would have to take it off the dish and fully dismantle to get detailed photos of the gearing ..
Naaa ..
that's a return to vendor ..if ever I saw one..

The thing is he lives in SA it might cost him a fair bit, take a look here, you might find the pictures needed.

Not sure he will Martin ..
Maybe it's my eyes ..but that looks like the underplate gearbox in bits ..not the top of the plate where connecions to motor/sensor are made..

..Now got me wondering if the OP has opened the gearbox ..and can't now reassemble it ..

Hi unless you have dismantled most of the actuator ? they will be spares, just put them in a safe place and install it as normal.

Nice if true Martin ..but since when where manufacturers ever than considerate...as to send a complete actuator and a bunch of spare gears ..
