So I guess it's a good buy then ?
Great little dish. I use mine on 28E here, succeeds when the Sky dishes fail when it snows or really piddles down.Just found Fibo55. I think it has "Delta Star" stamp on it. What is good about this dish- it has never been used and even installed! Little bit pricey, but still bargaining is going on. I think this dishe would perfectly fit @Captain Jack ;) He was asking several time about it. Right Alex? But if you are not interested than I will release the source.
Snap! Also looks allot better. Im interested Rima if the price is right.Great little dish. I use mine on 28E here, succeeds when the Sky dishes fail when it snows or really piddles down.
Crossbones - go for it. It's a little too expensive for me, plus there are logistics issues.[/QUOTE
I will let Crossbones have first pick, I do not even know the price yet. Otherwise interested
Hells bells. its Double Dutch to meOK. Guy in Amsterdam sells this antenna He thinks that if he payed !~600 EUR ~15 years ago than he can ask for 150 EUR today. I think he can go at about 100 EUR. So, anybody can call or mail him to bargain the price and delivery method.
Well I said I sent an email after having to register but as it is in Dutch maybe I sent something rudeHells bells. its Double Dutch to mebut I sent a mail for a total price. Wait and see but it is a great dish and maybe worth the money for a new toy.
Thanks for the info. Will ring tomorrow but if no delivery I am unable to buy it.I phoned given number another day and spoke to the guy (he speaks English better than me). So, he said it is shop and anybody is welcome to visit it. He was not very eager to mail antenna, mentioning that it is big (ha ha, only 55cm) and heavy. He asked me how much would I pay for the antenna, and after hearing something about 40 EUR he said 200EUR, but would also agree on 150EUR. So, I think if he was offered 100-110EUR than would probably agree. But, again, pick-up only. This is webpage of their shop.
And how good is your English? P.S. Hope you get the dish!I rang the guy, (I must remember not to get verbal instructions from RimaNTSS on anything technical) and I am sure he found it hard to understand my Dorset accent and his English was not so good. As instructed I emailed him an offer of 120 euro and I am waiting to hear. I can get a carrier which makes it expensive but this dish are is to come by and I think they are the bees knees.
My English is I am told by the teacher at home here, very very basic, just like my choice of food. With my Dorset tones I am sure the seller found it hard to understand me. But somehow he said everything back to front or maybe that is how they speak. Therefore the expression Double Dutch. And how good is your English? P.S. Hope you get the dish!
