Yes it would have to have a polar mount at that money, it does say make a offer, probably been advertised for over a year now, the stands not a bad price tbh,
Judging by the stand being an SSS, I'm sure the seller has paid good money for the dish originally.
But, like many others on Ebay and their equivalents, some people just don't understand that the value of any item at any given time is exactly what anyone is willing to pay for it.
It's like waiting for the Prince on the White Horse.
Just sold some Xbox 360's on webshop, it was easy to see what people were NOT willing to pay, as these were the prices of 50+ postings of Xboxes that were more than a week old.... all priced above a certain point. I went 40% below, and sold in a single day.
Seller is either delusional (and need to wake up) or is just waving his, erhm, dish around, showing off what he has in his back garden...
