    The dish was originally fixed to the house and wiring was also done.The only missing part was the box.So I have 2 or rather 3 problems.The box,dish or both.

    Thank you everybody here, I have solved the problem.As suggested above,I hooked my receiver to my neighbour"s house. Hooray it works.So I identified the problem is ... LNB. Thank you again
