    Usb Upgrade On Startsat Problem

    Hello I have a starsat x-650ci super i have a huge pine usb-rs232 cable and normal female female null modem cable used before when i had a serial port The com-port is 4 i always use simpleupload2 a message comes up and it says "hangup" What is that hangup??????
