Switched unit off for 5 min. Switched back on, factory reset, re-scanned stations etc. No joy.

Tonight my Foxsat HD receiver has started to play up (tried it on another TV so I know it's not the TV). Signal strength etc is fine, tried re-booting. What is happening is that it intermittently greys out the screen and fills the screen with horizontal bands (can still see the picture behind)...

May sound like a dumb question (and I'm not sure I'm asking in the right place) but how do I set parental control on my box? When I try to access the set-up screen, the age limit option is greyed-out and inaccessible. Probably something obvious, but nothing in the manual.
