The other thread as far as what I have read doesnt actually say that it doesnt work. More hints towards the fact that it is not worth £300 to test it, which of course is true. Nice if it did though and someone made a slightly modified firmware for it.

Just thought it was best to add in here that I have funcards and a non-pheonix infinity card reader. Just I am under the impression that you can put the keys actually on some of the cams, I guess the update is done via a funcard update.

As far as I am aware there are 3 main Conax compatible cams: MR, X-Cam and Dragon Cam. My question is am I able to put the conax keys on any of these cams without having a titanium card, since I am looking to buy a new cam but cannot afford to also get a new programmer and tit card since this...

As for activation what a pain in the a#se, though in the end it was simply a case of using a the mickey_flash 4.3 loader, and of course sticking it on the right channel. I still cant get freex tv to work though, only fullx, I tried programming with the official firmware from www.zetacam.com...

I noticed that there is a program that will download from various sources all of the softcam keys, which is no use for my cam, so I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a convertor for them change them over to eeprom files. William

To be very honest I am getting sick and tired of trying this. I have tried using both the funcard 4 and 5 versions of the firmware and I seem to be wasting my time. I have a technomate 5500CI Plus and basically all that happens when i put the new firmware card in the cam is that it just brings...

Just wondered if anyone has a Zeta cam (mines the red one) working with a funcard 6. Just I got one sent through the post with a firmware update on it, and it wont seem to read it, unless I am doing something wrong. I know it reads a funcard 4, but that doesnt really help at the moment. Damien
