The omni key sets the read rate, you can set the speed in your setup but it won't change a thing, it will auto choose the fastest setting for your card without overclocking.
The white card does run warm normaly in the original sky box, in some cases it even goes brown on the rear of the card this is normal. It does not get as hot in a dm800 clone or a dm600 or dm500, the voltage to the card is 5v not 3v as some people will claim the card will stop working correctly...
CS does'nt work like that, the idea behind it is you have access to more channels and so do your peers, if you have that many peers you are running a pay server (not good at all) but yes a Debian can hold and deal with 1000 peers but all peers can't access your local at once, you will burn the...
I don't think it will, If you plan to run a CCcam for S£y Uk on your server you can use a pheonix or Smargo+ easy, but the best card reader is an omnikey 3121 usb reader, but it will not run just CCcam on it own it has to be run with newcs.
also a point if you own a house a want to share one card around the house and maybe to your holiday home as well sky is not being defrauded at all, sky trys to used a limited service to milk as much cash from everyday viewers as possible buy trying to charge £10 for every extra sky box that you...
The amont of peers connected at once (and Viewing) is dependent on lots of factors, but if you wish to run a card server with less troubles and upto 1000 peers you will need a debian server, there a other builds of linux out there, but debian is the one with the most info and with cc_shares...
Hi sounds like you have it almost have it straight in your head, but for a much more simple setup i would say stick with debian over Unbuntu, i have the same setup as you have listed, which runs freeze free for over 45 days with 100 peers, but the key thing to have is one of the 500's running...
Your blue card was kiled due to the phone home that confirmed your swap out to the white card. The reason for the unpairing of your card is ecm flooding from newcs via the n lines, the best way to stop it is dont use n lines, just use the c lines from cccam.
Hope this helps
ok this could also down too people adding 'The Trick' on there N line and sharing your card as there own,
THE ONLY ANSWER IS TO REPLACE ALL YOU N LINES WITH C LINES
well guy if you want to wait up to 24hours you can, or you can do it in 10 mins
Just put the card back into the oringinal S£y box and do a new install, from the service Installer menu, It will some times report it has failed to do the new install dont worry as by this point the card has been...
If you are working localy, then you need to look at your DNS to make sure it is updating to your iP address. also that you setup your routers port fowarding for both CCcam (default 12000) and also for Newcs as well (default 10000). If the white Card is not clearing double check your BoxKey the...
Thats right the roll out will be complete mid September, but most of the blue cards will start to stop working in the 2nd week in August unless they are still allowing them to update which i don't think they will.
ok on nabilo download from the yellow panel (yellow x2) and instal newcs 1.66 + CCcam 2.1.1
on nabilo on DM500 and DM600 the config file posted above is no the same
it won't work as its for DM800 E2 image not an E1
