hi m8 i had once a similar problem the answer was in the dish set up . check you have got correct setting for lnb type. 9750/10600. there is another similar but incorrect setting. you dont say what message your box gives. if it says "no audio/video"but the prog information shows,then you are...

better to look for an editor m8. you,ll only get limited storage on this device,reborn is better option,

check the skew,and focus of the lnb. not all lnbs are exactly vertical for zero skew. move lnb forward and back for strongest reception,vetical alignment must be adjusted to compensat for this alignment. cheers
