Skystar 2 cards dont like nforce4 cards. Not strictly true. Ss2 dont like asus sli cards as the pci slots dont have the power handling that is required by the card,they burn out if matched.

Check your lnb settings,go into settings/diseq/properties and check what you have,should be set for ku band,lof1 9750Mhz/switch 11,7000/lof2 10600Mhz. these will give settings for a universal lnb and could be the reason for you not getting the channels.

Check that your model of twinhan is supported by progdvb.

yes fully compatible with ss2,newest version of progdvb is 4.71.5,couple it with S2emu 1.21 and the latest softcam file and you wont look back.

When you say analogue dish are you saying that you have the old type analogue lnb?if so you will need to change it to a universal type lnb to get the the higher frequency transponders.

From seeing your set up ,I would suggest downloading the nvidia pure video decoder from nvidia and updating with the latest nvidia graphs.The improvements on deinterlacing are excellent.To check what I mean have a look at the ticker at the bottom of cnbc,difficult to read?Clears with pure video...

Many boxes when scanning transponders report back a slightly different frequency to what your list is giving you,check on lyngsat to see if the frequency exists,if it is close enough (1 or 2 clicks) you will get the channel you want.

I think as others that it is down to raw processing power. Being located here in cyprus its almost a fringe area for some footprints on tps and so very good for checking problems like these. All the tps channels plus multivision are of a similar signal strength and on performance about the same...

So from what you are saying s2 1.19 has limited biss coverage,maybe NBA has been missed,shame really as you get it in english.
