It is for TPS Channels which are crypted by tpscrypt (a modified version of Viaccess). This key contains 16 bytes instead of 8 and need, when the key has changed, a flash of a new firmware (if your firmware isn't very recent). That's why TPS change only this key 2 times a week at the moment.
