No if you listen to the speaker you can hear what they are saying but cannot rais it

Hi i have a teconomate tm5500dapci everyting working but silent movies sound turned up full but no volum very low if you listen you can hear when your close to speaker i cheked all settings and used scart but no good has anyone got data sheet or service sheet for same tanking you all heno14...

TWO VIEW was a device that was out a few years ago you put the`card in it it had two p c b cards connected by ribbon cabel you put one in each recever & it worked it was made by RDS COMMUNICATIONS heni14:-hny
