Hi Charly, I agree with you that something must be wrong and it all started around March this year. Until then I used to receive BBC channnels without much problem using a 1m dish. Then it seems the BBC "reorganised their satellite platforms" (BBC spokeman on Breakfast TV responding to viewers...

I want to improve my reception of UK Freesat programmes (BBC/ITV) outside Munich, Germany. What LNB or LNB/dish (1.2) combination can you recommend for best reception in this area for Astra 28.2. Invacom TWH-031 has been suggested. Many thanks in advance

Hi and thanks for your feedback. I am using a "cheapo" off the shelf 120cm dish with Edision TL-6 receiver (although I have also used a Kathrein UAS 272 LNB with no discernable difference to reception. Do you have an any alternative recommendations?

I am experiencing problems receiving UK freesat channels (ITV/BBC) in the evenings. Reception is fine in the afternoon with good signal and low BER from Astra 28.2. The received signal deteriorates progressively until 21.00hrs when signal no longer any good. This does not apply to BBC News where...
