I currently record one transponder and watch another transponer through a loop (coax) from Tuner 1 (out) to Tuner 2 (in). The configuration mode for Tuner 2 is setup as Equal to socket A. Hope this helps unless I have got the completely wrong end of the question! :)

I have just started fitting dishes and am based on the wirral. You mainly have to be looking at 19e for what you are after, and to be motorized, a good south facing wall to fit the dish to for the full benefit. Would you not consider a fixed dish with monoblock so you could receive 19e & 13e?

At the moment all tps & cabo/D+ is open with the available keys that you can download from the net so you dont need cardshare. My Dreambox is networked so I can download directly to the box or download to my desktop on my PC and FTP any information etc to the box if that makes sense :)

:) I am not the right person to ask for a cardshare but if you try and extensively search google etc you will come accross cardsharing groups. You then need to be very polite when asking!!!

Card sharing is sharing original cards from a server that can be accesed via a dreambox or other sat equipment that can see the internet. It can be quite difficult to get into one of the groups that run a share system as most rely on a new member having a subscription/card that they can share also.

Thanks once again Rolfw. I know a little about this multiboot thing, but I am under the impression that I have to have the official image as a base i.e. in flash. Is this right, or can I have something like Gemini or Hydra in flash? Thanks Jason

Thanks for the advice rolfw. I will buy a USB card today. Which one do you reccomend? When you say re-install, do you mean flash a new image to the box etc.? Also, will my HD be alright, I had a horrible feeling that I might have destroyed it.

Rolfw, can you tell me if this freesat card id the yellow s*y cards available on ebay etc? Do I need a S*y box to pair the card with? I am interested in getting the ITV channels, but do not have a S*y box to get the ID ect. Is there anyway around this. Thanks

I think there are many bugs in this image. My HDD doesn't have anything on it so effectively it has 100% free?? Does anybody have any information on how maybe I could move the VAR directory from the box to the HDD via FTP? Is this possible? Thanks Jase

Its really weird, I am usually ok with this sort of thing, but it has got me stumped. In the info panel it says that amount of space on HDD is 0% but it wont let me move the damn thing. I am starting to think it might be a glitch in the Gemini software itself. I got myself to a cut off point...
