as i said i havnt tried myself, dont have cam , but on a search of 'technomate dragon cam' seems some people have hit problems ...conflecting reports of them getting them fixed

Thks for replying , unfortunately i damaged case trying to look inside , so ill guess ill get new lnb , at least there not to expensive. How can u tell if there is water in coax, short of cutting apart? now i am worried

Hi folks, sorry if this is a bit basic , but whilst repairing my system i noticed water come out of the LNB ( not sure where from exactly just a puddle after a while). On inspection the case had a good 1-2mm gap in places so i was wondering is the LNB waterproof inside or do i risk a short...

if u go thru normal fta-off-camin it should start again but may keep happening on HB i think

Thanks for replying, using a samsung ci, thats why i didnt use funcards for update and was advised to use the CAS2, was this a mistake?

Please help, after attempting to upgrade MR version with CAS2 (not using xilinx) on a converted MM gives message module invalid. Any advice please? Should i use xilinx write, reloaded.jed file? Thanks for any help

Thanks for the reply, if using a converted MM, just trying to update MR, is it safe to just ignore xilinx or does the MM have xilinx chip also? and how about convert back, using xilinx ? thanks for any advice, keep up the great work

Thanks for replying Razor and Channel Hopper, i have an(old)80 cm dish and sginal strength is good 90+, an old analogue lnd was good till the recent solar flare, maybe thats blown something? maybe my new lnd and cam dont like each other or the receiver?
