I don't think a full factory reset would be ideal. It was a very long time ago when we got the box and I believe a local guy to La Manga set it all up for us. I'll send them an email and see if there is anything they can do on their side. Thanks for your help everybody, much appreciated.

Ye we've tried 0000 already thank you. We found the manual online and theres nothing in there but I did find somewhere the default code would have been 0000.
