    THANKS YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE WEBSITE I DOWNLOADED THE SUITABLE FIRMWIRE TO UPDATE THE RECEIVER. WHEN IT WAS DONE UPLOADING AND IT SAID "good" ON THE RECEIVER, I HOOKED IT UP WITH THE TV BUT IT'S NOT WORKING ANYMORE, NOR THE MENU. THEN I TRIED TO CONNECT IT WITH THE COMPUTER AND IT SAYS ERROR...
