Thanks Robbo I've tried downloading a Loader and a data file but when I attempt to open the loader a meesage comes up 'do you want to uninstall the loader' Strange. Anyway I'll contact Triax in S/Wales tomorrow see if they can help Cheers

I simply clicked on the Utilities tab to check whether the cam was being read. I know that it is no part of the programming set-up. I have followed the rest of the procedure and still get the same message ie alternates between 'Initialising CI module' and 'CI Module is not intialised' Thank you
